Evaluate and identify opportunities to simplify and automate current working procedures
Own and develop automation technology innovations and solutions
Lead overall end-to-end project delivery including resources, CAPEX, schedule and vendor management
Work closely with numerous teams across the organization (Technology, Product, Operations, etc.) from project start to end
Lead day to day operation and management of automated processes including (Identifying safety gaps and implementing corrections, SoPS, training plans)

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Computer Science Degree, Engineering or similar
ITIL or PMP Certification.
Expertise in automation solutions applied to logistics (e.g., robotics sorting)
Ability to identify potential improvements in daily operations
Ability to deal with suppliers
Ability to work under pressure and reach targets
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
Capacity to work in a flexible and fast-changing environment
High English level. A plus is speaking other EU languages.
