The company has opened a pan-European Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona. Apart from the financial transaction functions, this center also houses all of European accounting and administrative functions.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our transport planning team as a CO2 Scheduler/Customer Services.

Based at our Barcelona-Cornella site, you will be working with our Drivers and other Schedulers to plan our liquid gas deliveries to our business customers across the Northern Continent so France, Benelux and Germany.

During your day to day:
– You will be forecasting and scheduling to fulfil customer requirements
– You will be scheduling available resources (drivers, equipment and product) to meet customer demand
– You will be using initiative and data to react to unplanned changes
– You will be performing customer service tasks as well

You are the person we are looking for if:
– You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
– You must be able to work on own initiative and in a team
– You are capable of analytical thinking, attention to details
– You must be able to make decisions based on the information provided
– You haave organisational and problem solving skills
– You have previous Customer Service and/or logistical experience (advantage, not mandatory)
– You have excellent computer literacy skills
– You have a proficient level of Dutch and French, and you are speaking English on an advanced level (operational language of the company is English)
