Reporting Lines: The jobholder reports directly to the Head of Sales France & Spain.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Target customer acquisition:
Prospecting: Identifying appropriate.
Understanding the customer's business model and deriving possibilities to offer products and services of the Group.
Representation: Preparing and conducting presentations.

Account Management:
Account planning: Developing a sense of what could be sold to the customer and find a plan.
Offer process: Establishing offer, calculation, pricing, understanding value creation and rationale for customers.
Order process / after sales: phone calls, follow-ups.
Relationship management: Preparation of status meetings, conducting status meetings.
Managing of extraordinary issues such as quality complaints, delivery times coordination etc.
Driving growth through innovations.
Presenting solutions.

Establishing of annual budget.
Quarterly Forecasting.
Monthly sales reporting.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Skilly & Capabilities

Sales experience and skills:
Professional sales experience of minimum 5 years.
Understanding of Value based selling.
Consultative way of selling.
Understanding how to navigate in big organizations.

Packaging experience:
Mandatory experience in packaging of minimum 3 years; preferably sound understanding of developing a packaging solution (i.e. knowledge of different materials and or applications)

Preferably experienced in the following industries:
Automotive industry
Metal fabricating industries & foundries
Aerospace industry

Capable in managing demanding situations (sustaining pressure from customers) with the support of the entire organization.

Analytical skills and economic understanding.

Highly motivated.

Technical understanding of metals and value chains: how they work, what they require etc.

Spanish and English compulsory, optional French and/or German.

High IT-affinity.

Affinity to travel predominantly in Spain – however there will be once a quarter a team meeting in France – subject to COVID travel restrictions of course.

Target salary: depends on the seniority and experience level.

This role will be home office based.
