Descripción de la oferta

Develop and implement trade marketing activities to meet brand and customer expectations of the retailers' online and offline platforms: content implementation, brand assets – BTL (banners, on page content, merchandising, PDPs, Flixmedia), training material, translations and other assets.
Product activations: Implementation and monitoring of our content on client´s platforms, brandpromoters control, visibility optimisation, etc.
Maximise campaigns effectiveness by optimizing promotion plans and synchronising ATL & BTL. Drive Sell-through by designing and executing activities which will increase conversion
Negotiate with suppliers
Develop and provide local consumer and market insights by continuously examining market trends and competition
Implement Training programs for retailers and salespeople.
Support Key Account Manager activities to build the Trade Marketing plan per key player and ensure our client's Brand presence at key retailers' e-commerce (product listing/ product presence at websites).
Approve our client's products featured at retailers.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
Substantial previous experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing
Relevant experience in online channels. Consolidated knowledge in content marketing (SEA, AMS; display Google AdWords) as well as performance management (Google analytics; conversion rate).
High level of understanding in field/trade marketing activities.
High level of computer literacy: Excel, Word and PowerPoint and design programs as Photoshop and InDesign.
High level of Spanish and English mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Commercial sense to identify opportunities to grow the business and a data-driven aptitude in decision making.
Having a good understanding of e-commerce channel and online environment as well as offline, be capable of creating user experience and consumer relevant content by anticipating consumer needs.
Consumer Orientation – Able to think consumer-first and drive relevant strategies that drive preference and loyalty.
Very comfortable hands-on data analysis and forecasting.
Ability to make things happen. Attention to details. Good with data.
Ability to see big picture while having 'hands on' attitude.

The ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
A genuine person. Passionate and motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
