Lead the implementation of all HR processes

Plan and execute HR and Organizational Development policies:
Training and Development
Succession Planning and career paths
Performance appraisal
Employee Climate Surveys and Change Management

Manage talent acquisition processes:
Recruit internally and via external provider
Headcount planning and budget process
Onboarding of the new employees

Define retention and performance development policies

Implement compensation and benefits policies according to the Company's targets

Support of the managers in all legal issues (labour law)

Manage specific HR Project (IT Tools, implementation of new HR processes from the HQ, etc.)

Budgeting and Reporting

Salary and Payroll management

Working time Administration

Cooperation and negotiation with the Works Council

Cooperation with the Work Safety Council

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Bachelor or Master's Degree
Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Manager position
Experience in Multinational environments and matrix organizations
Experience working with modern structured HR ERPs (experience with SuccessFactors and/or with HR ERPs implementation processes would be a plus)
Excellent knowledge of the Spanish labour law
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Goal orientation, ability to work under pressure and to deal with sensitive and confidential information
High level of English
