As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:
– Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients’ issues regarding sales, product and services
– Understand the prospective client’s profiles and needs
– Attending inbound queries from clients via e-mail and phone
– Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email and social media – at the same time developing great skills that will help boost your career
– Strengthen relationship with developed client portfolios, Key Languages:
– High level of German
– Professional level of English is a plus

Core Skills/Experience:
– Expertise in customer service over the phone is a plus
– Excellent communicator and listener
– Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently
– A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer’s needs
– Good team-player who radiates positivity
