Set up and develop the business from scratch opening new shops

Liaison with all stakeholders including, employees, mall owners,

suppliers, service providers and other parties

* Build a strong team: business development, finance, warehouse, human resources and logistics.

* Work together with shareholders to obtain all necessary business licenses

* Set appropriate KPIs for senior team members based on company policy

* Implement the business plan and meet set milestone targets

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

The candidate will demonstrate strong experience in Retail Operations as well as experience in setting up a retail company and opening stores.
