Administrative Assistants with Excellent Level of Dutch

Empleo
As an Administrative Assistant the key responsibilities are:
Back Office
-You will perform periodic AR activities as per the credit to cash workflow, for a portfolio of accounts/clients
-You will manage customer assets
-You will manage billing
-You will provide reports to customers and invoice their costs
-You will assist from office in their queries by offering information and solutions

Front Office
-You will assist clients in their queries by offering solutions
-You will manage customer orders
-You will perform the credit to cash complete workflow, for a portfolio of accounts/clients
-You will manage customer, products and assets databases
-You will maintain prices, contracts and assets information
-You will provide support for interacting departments and stakeholders

Requisitos
You are the person we are looking for if:
– You have a University level degree or similar,
– You have some experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, commercial or related roles (will be valued),
– You have a fluent level in English,
– You have a fluent or native level in Dutch,
– You are proficient in relevant computer applications – MS Office,
– You have a good Excel knowledge,
– You have experience in SAP (SD module, preferably),
– You have strong communication skills, written, and spoken,
– You are a Team player,
– You are pro-active, determined, and have strong interpersonal skills,
– You have ability to adapt fast
– You are immediate availability
