Act as a key account manager for the initiation and development of Spanish branch. He/She will directly report to the Managing Director and the Managing Partner of the group and will be involved in the strategic planning in a proactive manner.
Identification of target clients and project portfolios to be developed and consolidated over time
Initiation, expansion and coordination of branch project activities in Spain, with ultimate responsibility for delivery and the economic performances
Development of specific skills in the Spanish market, with a targeted local hiring plan, and management of working groups

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

Senior Profile: +7 years of experience in the financial risk management in the Spanish market, better if previous experience as Manager in the risk advisory consulting business of a top tier consulting firm
Graduate Degree (MBA is a plus)
Strong knowledge of Spanish banking and financial market (by both managerial and regulatory point of view), with particular focus on Risk Management topics (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Model Risk, ESG Risks,…)
Strong knowledge of the international and national regulatory framework for banks and insurance companies (e.g. Basel framework, Solvency II,…)
Solid track record in generating new leads in the risk advisory business line, strategic and tactical skills in Business Development, to identify and pursue good business opportunities.
Good Project/Client portfolio to share as initial target for business development
Strong Project Management and Entrepreneurial skills
Ability to work and develop business in a performance driven environment
Team management skills, leadership and problem solving attitude
Orientation to delivery and customer satisfaction, excellent client relationships, credibility, high commitment
Hard worker, flexible and able to work autonomously in specific business plans
Strong analytical skills (better if former risk analyst/manager or market practitioner)
Spanish mother tongue, very fluent in written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word,…)
