Reporting to the Head of this area, your main responsibilities will be:
Advise and review accounting treatment under IFRS for group complex business transactions including but not limited to M&A, Pensions, Impairment and Tax;

Maintain high-quality, unified, and up-to-date group accounting policy, process and manual;

Act as internal IFRS expert and provide technical accounting advise and training to all group accountants;

Coordinate with external and internal auditors and consultants;

Ensure the coordination and preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements;

Prepare and review internal and external reports, as well as analysis for management accounts;

Researching on technical accounting matters and preparing technical accounting memos for internal stakeholders and the external auditors;

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements on accounting and reporting;

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant or ACCA, with a Master's degree in business administration / Finance / Accounting. At least 5 to 10 years of experience in financial reporting with deep knowledge of IFRS obtained in a multinational group or consultancy company, also previous experience of audit background gained in a Big-4, and also in listed companies is a big plus. Someone strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to be diplomatic and yet persistent in the resolution of identified deviations from the Group Accounting Manual. Solution-oriented thinking, flexible and with a hands-on mentality, excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise guidance and instructions to subsidiaries, other Group functions and Business Areas.

Knowledge of Oracle FCCS / HFM Hyperion consolidation software or similar tool is a strong plus.
