IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service agent to join the multicultural team of one of our clients – a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:- Provide support and guidance to customers from various backgrounds for tools, products, platforms,
services (including roadside assistance), etc.

via call, e-mail, chat and social media (inbound / outbound).

– Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by responding, escalating
and following up all requests.

– Achieve the individual and service key performance indicators.

– Strive to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer
experience.

What we offer you:- A part-time job of 20 hours per week.


-A full-time job of 39 hours per week
– Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00am (part-time) or 10:00 to 18:00 (full time)
– Salary: around 9465.04€ gross/year+ Plus Telework of 24€ gross per month (part time) or 18456.82 gross/year+ Plus Telework of 24€ gross per month (full time)
-Possibility to work from home

 

Requirements:- Native level of German
