IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service agent to join the multicultural team of one of our clients – a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:- Provide support and guidance to customers from various backgrounds for tools, products, platforms,
services (including roadside assistance), etc.via call, e-mail, chat and social media (inbound / outbound).– Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by responding, escalating
and following up all requests.– Achieve the individual and service key performance indicators.– Strive to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer
experience.What we offer you:- A part-time job of 20 hours per week.– Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 10:00am
– Salary: around 9465.04€ gross/year+ Plus Telework of 24€ gross per month
