IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service agent to join the multicultural team of one of our clients – a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:- Provide support and guidance to customers from various backgrounds for tools, products, platforms,
services (including roadside assistance), etc.
– Be the image of the company and service and ensure high customer experience by responding, escalating
and following up all requests.
– Achieve the individual and service key performance indicators.
– Strive to continuously develop and improve the processes and service to always ensure the best customer
experience.
What we offer you:- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
– Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 18:00
– Salary: around 17500€ gross/year+ Plus Telework of 24€ gross per month
-Possibility to work from home
Requirements:- Native level of French
